Shipping Information:

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for Internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipping and Delivery is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 03:00 PM (PST). Orders placed late on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Additional charges may accrue on Priority, Overnight and International shipping if multiple attempts are made for delivery.

Orders arrive in 1 to 3 business days when ordered before 03:00 PM (PST).

Our representative from Instock.PK team will give you a call once you place an order and will confirm your order and delivery details with you. The delivery of the product will depend upon on the availability of the product ordered in the stock.

We ship all of our orders via two options:

Store Pickup (Available to pickup from our F-11/1 Store):

If you are from Rawalpindi/Islamabad region and willing to collect item from our Store, please choose the option:

If the item is in Stock, your shippment will be ready to pickup with-in half working hour after confirmation of order. Contact us at our support helpline before coming.

For all the items which are not available in our stock, and required to be arrange before delivery, contact us regarding the delivery time before placing your order.

Delivery through Leopards Courier (All over Pakistan):

Most of our customers don't want to stop by to pickup the goods for any reason. So we are offering a Nation wide door step delivery through TCS and/or any other courier service. For all orders confirmed before 03:00PM, we will dispatch the same day. All orders received after 03:00 PM will be forwarded next working day. We will forward M&P tracking number through email as soon as the order is dispatched. Usually TCS takes (1-2) working days to deliver the order on your door step. In case you don't get the order within that time, please contact us, and we will try our best to sortout the issue.

DHL Express Delivery (At the start of every month):

We try our best to keep our stock upto date, but in case, you find the item on our store which is currently not available, you can still place the order, and we will purchase your order along with our usual shipment at the start of every month, and you can get the item in First Week of next month. We offer 5% discount on all such orders where user have to wait for the shipment.

1Week DHL Exclusive Shipment (6-12 working days):

There may be a possibility that you need some item which is not in stock and you can't wait for the start of month to get that item, we offer 1Week DHL Exclusive shipment which you can use to get the item on earliest possible time.

DHL Express 7 Days Delivery Service (Direct from China)

DHL usually forward such shipments with-in one week after the goods are forwarded by supplier. But please keep in mind that it can take (6-12) working days, due to holidays, delays from supplier, customs clearence or any other un-expected and unusual circumstances, which can't be controlled by humans. Instock.PK will not be liable for any damages caused by dalay due to above mentioned reasons.

Maximum libiality can be to cancel the order on usur's request. DHL Shipment charges are non-refundable in that case.
